RETURN POLICY
MONROW gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the original purchase. We do not refund for any initial shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
**Extended Holiday Return Policy**
Orders placed between 11/27-12/24 can be returned through January 10th. (Exclusions: Final Sale product)
All returns incur a $10 processing fee.
All items discounted 50% off or more are Final Sale.
Items purchased in the FAVE30 sale are returnable for exchange or store credit only.
*IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION*:
Please make sure that all merchandise is returned with the ORIGINAL INVOICE SLIP. Before you ship a return please ensure that the items you are returning are UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED. If the returned items are dirty, stained, washed, or damaged in any way, we will NOT process a refund, exchange, or web credit. We will simply return DAMAGED items back to you. While we would absolutely hate to do this, we also need to ensure that the returns we receive can be loved by another customer.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please visit returns.monrow.com and enter your order number and e-mail address. The link will instruct you to complete the process and e-mail you a return shipping label.

RETURNS PROCESS
For all monrow.com orders, please click the button below and enter your order number and e-mail address. The link will instruct you to complete the process and e-mail you a return shipping label. The return must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted.
At the moment we aren't able to issue return labels to our customers outside of the US.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return once it has been delivered to our warehouse. Kindly note that our team will also be working through returns from prior dates, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and another email once it has been processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution). Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
**Due to our company holiday closure, all orders placed after 4pm on 12/23 thru 12/29 will ship 12/30. Thank you!
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 2-3 days in addition during promotions, holidays or other times where all U.S. business activities are impacted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

We are not offering international shipping at this time.
